3DS Max is a 3D program created by Autodesk. It is one of the two most professionally used 3D programs, the other being Maya (now also owned by Autodesk, formerly owned by Alias). It has been used to create a variety of movies, including Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Askaban, The Incredibles, Starwars III, and many more.
